Our goal is to make the process of delivering training simple and accessible for everyone.
AIM specialises in leadership development, training of trainers, and competency-based programme design, delivering practical, application-driven learning solutions supported by structured coaching and workplace implementation. Our programmes are aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 29993 standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and learner-centred outcomes.
We set the standard for competency-based training through three key enablers: training of trainers, development of training-related content, and the digitisation of training environments. Our offerings include HRD Corp-recognised programmes such as the Train-The-Trainer (TTT) Certification Course, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and Evaluation on the Effectiveness of Training (EET), alongside training material publication services and consultation on training room digitalisation.
AIM has experience working with both public and private sector organisations, supporting leadership and workforce capability development across various levels.
