Ahmad Fauzan Othman is an approved Lead Trainer for HRDF Train-the-Trainer Certification Course for HRDC (Pembangunan Sumber Manusia, PSMB) since 2014 and focuses on Trainer’s Development topics. Over the years he has trained various level of employees from the private and public sector.
Fauzan has served as the Chairman for BNI KL Metro Trainers Council and Network Education Coordinator and Mentor at the chapter level.
He is also a consultant with FMM (Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers) Negeri Sembilan and has spoken at FMM SMI Ocupational Safety & Health Seminar 2015, presenting a paper on The Importance of 5S towards OSH in SMI.
Fauzan graduated from Hakodate National College of Technology, Japan in Computer Engineering and worked with a Japanese manufacturing company in the R&D Department. Since 2006, Fauzan has been actively teaching Japanese Language where he also shares the beauty of the Japanese culture and spirit. With this approach he has a proven track record in coaching his students to pass the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).
Apart from training and teaching, Fauzan is also a writer and an independent publisher. He has published more than 10 books on management and soft skills topics in English and Bahasa Melayu.
