She began to build her career as a Customer Service Agent for Malaysia Airline System Berhad (MAS) in 1992. She had proven her ability to excel when she was awarded with the “Most Promising Participant” during her internship with MAS.
In 1993 she embarked on another career path when she joined Pacific Bank Berhad as a Teller and later joined EON Bank Berhad (EBB) in 1995. She proved herself yet again and through her contributions, determination and hard work, was promoted to management level in her fifth year with EBB. Her commitment, drive and enthusiasm to learn and develop herself is one of her many strengths.
Mazlin joined Ventrax Management Sdn Bhd (VMSB) as a Training Coordinator in 2007. Ventrax recognized her potential and promptly promoted her to become a Training Consultant in her 4th month in the company and two years later she was made a Director in Buana Insan Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of VMSB.
Over the past nine years as a trainer, equipped with enthusiasm, determination and passion to excel in everything she does, Mazlin focuses on team engagement and self-improvement topics which she draws from real life experience and situation to motivate and inspire her participants to take action and excel every day.
She is also an expert in document management and workplace organization whose role is to advise in the area of document storage, to both her corporate and government clients. She can implement the most cost efficient document archiving, storage and maintenance strategy, which protects and maximises the true value of her client’s stored documents.

Mazlin is a lifetime member of Peniagawati (Persatuan Wanita Bumiputra Dalam Perniagaan Profesion Malaysia) since 2012 and also involved in NAWEM (Persatuan Kebangsaan Usahawan Wanita Malaysia). She was also past Vice President of BNI Emerald Chapter, Putrajaya.
