1. Your attendance is crucial to the success of this programme.
   If you are unable to attend, postponement or cancellation rules apply.
   You may arrange a replacement participant through your organisation, however please give us with prior notice for a proper transfer of registration.
2. Please ensure you are punctual and attend sessions completely.
3. You are expected to participate actively and maintain professional conduct throughout the programme.
4. In case of unforseen circumstances, we reserve the rights to make necessary changes (for example changes in schedule, venue, facilitator, etc.). Of course we will inform you accordingly.
