Where possible, connect a second monitor. This extra screen can be any monitor, TV, or projector connected via HDMI. Many browser-based webinar platforms run more smoothly when slides are shared on one screen, and the session tools are on another.
Arrange your main screen at eye level, with your webcam placed on top – just like in the layout shown below. This helps create better eye contact and a more natural presence during the training.
