Our HRD Corp TTT Lead Trainer: Ahmad Fauzan Othman

The following is a brief profile of Ahmad Fauzan Othman, one of our Lead Trainer who have been approved by HRD Corp to run the Train-The-Trainer (HRD Corp TTT) certification course.

Ahmad Fauzan Othman

En. Fauzan has been the Lead Trainer for HRD Corp Train-The-Trainer since 2014 (formerly known as HRDF-TTT) and has trained participants from various levels and backgrounds both from the corporate and private sectors. He focuses his training on the topics of individual and organizational competence development.

En. Fauzan is also an active writer who has published books on management and motivation. He who had studied in Japan can also speak and teach Japanese as well as share Japanese management concepts and philosophy such as “ikigai” and “kaizen”.
