National Training Week in Retrospect

National Training Week 2025 was a blast, leaving a lasting impact on professionals eager to grow, learn, and upskill.

This annual nationwide initiative continues to prove its relevance in today’s fast-evolving work environment, highlighting the importance of accessible, high-quality training for all.

Unlike the wide range of programmes we offered last year, this time we focused on three carefully selected courses:

  • 7 Essential Skills
  • Introduction to OSH Coordinator for Work-Related Road Safety (WRRS)
  • Pengenalpastian Hazard, Penaksiran Risiko dan Kawalan Risiko (HIRARC)

The sessions were conducted at our dedicated training space in Putrajaya, LOKASiDEA Learn 1. It was a fulfilling week of knowledge-sharing, hands-on interaction, and meaningful engagement with participants from various industries and backgrounds.

Here are some snapshots of the sessions held throughout the week.

We’re heartened by the positive feedback received. Many participants appreciated the practical content, engaging delivery, and the opportunity to connect with others in the field. The impact of these programmes will undoubtedly extend beyond the classroom and into the workplaces.

We also had the pleasure of joining the NTW Carnival held in Bukit Jalil and Melaka, where we set up our booth to engage with visitors and introduce them to the programmes we offer. One of the highlights was the showcase of our Character Profiling Tool, which allowed visitors to instantly discover their dominant character traits on the spot. It was a fun, engaging, and reflective activity that sparked meaningful conversations around self-awareness and personal growth.

Here are some snapshots of the team at the NTW carnival.

The carnivals were filled with energy, and it was exciting to be part of the nationwide celebration of learning. As we reflect on the week, we’re reminded of the importance of creating learning experiences that are not only informative but also inspiring. Thank you to everyone who joined us, we look forward to contributing again in National Training Week 2026!
