To quickly understand what microlearning is, let’s just grasp the term ‘micro’. Micro basically means small. Therefore, microlearning is learning from small but very focused information on certain topics/areas. It is the preferable way for people to find answers to specific questions – fast! Usually, microlearning is through e-learning or learning with technology as the information is digitalised.

This way, they can fill their time while they are waiting for public transportation to go to work, before meetings, during their breakfast or lunch, or they can listen while they are driving.
