“Make Training Accessible” is not only the tagline for team Access Ideas Malaysia it is also our shared mission and philosophy that drives our business.
We crafted the phrase base on two (2) main components:
1) What we do – Training
2) How we do it – Make it accessible to all
The play on words helped the phrase to also reflect a third component = the WHY we do it.
“Accessible” to us means emphasising and prioritising efforts to ensure a smooth process flow for the customer – hastle free, peace of mind and friendly face to assist in the journey before, during and after training.
“Accessible” also means to bring quality training programmes closer to the public. In order for us to do this, we focus on Trainer Development topics with the number 1 programme being our HRD Corp Train-The-Trainer Certification Course.
We believe that to achieve this “Make Training Accessible” mission, we need more quality trainers. Quality trainers creates quality training programmes. And quality training programmes can reach the public if we have quality trainers in every area throughout the country – this is why we bring our HRD Corp TTT to places like Batu Pahat, Kuala Terengganu, Kuantan, Miri, and Kota Kinabalu besides our base in Putrajaya, Kuching and Johor Bahru.
Now with the HRD Corp TTT going online, we hope to expand our reach beyond the physical borders and “Make Training Accessible” to the next level. We are expecting to roll out more Trainer Development topics online too with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Evaluation on Effectiveness of Training (EET) being the next programme beyond Train The Trainer (TTT).
The landscape of our training industry post-pandemic is expected to bring about new norms and many new opportunities for discoveries and ideation of new training strategies.
We invite you to join in our efforts and with the right midset, collectively together, let’s “Make Training Accessible”.
