
Overview
The course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to reduce the risk of accidents and ensure a safer driving experience. The course covers a range of topics, including:
- Understanding the current road safety situation in Malaysia, including the factors that contribute to road crashes and speed limits.
- The importance of managing mental and physical health before driving, including the practice of the heart and mind method to boost motivation.
- The significance of managing hazards and utilizing route hazard mapping in daily travel.
- The operation of safety tools in vehicles and the practice of regular vehicle inspections and maintenance.
- The principles of defensive driving, including the understanding of road signs, road rules, and proper driving techniques.
