TOOLS RULES!

“If you only have a hammer, every problem will look like a nail.”

We believe in making things easy.
In our training sessions, we try our best to make complex concepts easy to understand.
For this to work, our trainers require tools – plenty of tools.

Here #teamAIM shares some of the ways we organize our tools.

Experiential learning kit

Games are almost a guaranteed hit in any training session. Games engages the mind and body which makes it a very powerful training methodology to use. Games also helps break the ice between participants and sets the platform for peer to peer learning. So, keep your props for the games in a specific container for better accessibility.

Stationery set

Stationery supplies are the blood line of any training session. Markers, pens, rulers, puncher, stapler, scissors, sticky notes, even paperclips – you would best know what you or your participants may need during your training session. It is always best to be prepared and bring it rather than hoping that it will be available at the venue.

Handouts folder

Besides the training notes, we supplement certain learning points using loose sheet handouts or written exercises. This includes case studies, articles, quizzes and questionnaires. Folders like this helps to keep things organized. A little extra effort of labeling the sections would definitely help too.

Hopefully this inspires you to make it easy for you to conduct your training sessions too. ?
