Key take aways from the HRD Corp Accredited Trainer briefing via Zoom by En. Faiz Latiff for our TTT Alumni on Friday, 27 May 2022.
- The TDMS uses a system that matches one (1) email to one (1) MyKad number only. So please make sure you use the same e-mail address for all matters related to HRD Corp.
- Due to this, it is advised to use your personal email rather than company email address, in case you choose to leave the current one for whatever reason.
- Upon receiving your TTT certificate, please go to https://trainers.hrdcorp.gov.my/login to register your profile. Click “Register as member” and complete the form. Check your email inbox and click the “Verify Now” button.
- Fill in your details and upload your TTT certificate softcopy, MyKad softcopy and other required items. It is important that all the information is accurate.
- Once your registration has been approved, you will be notified via the email used to register TDMS – The approval process usually takes about 2 working days after complete and accurate submission.
- Trainers who completed the TTT in 2021 and after, PLEASE EMAIL TO tdu@hrdcorp.gov.my using the email you registered and mention “TTT HRD Corp Accreditation Fee” in the email subject. HRD Corp will advise accordingly. This process may take some time due to the current email volume received by HRD Corp. PLEASE ENSURE THIS STEP IS COMPLETED BEFORE progressing to submit Accreditation application in TDMS.
- Trainers who completed the TTT BEFORE 2021, you will need to make payment (RM60) upon completion of uploading the supporting documents for Accreditation by ACTIVITY (refer: TDMS User Guidelines Item 3.2 and onwards). HRD Corp accepts backdated training up until 2018 with complete documentation as required. However, trainers must submit the 120 hours from a 12 month calendar period ONLY (ex. Training conducted between 1 Jun 2018 and 31 May 2019 amounting to 120 hours)
- Trainers who completed the TTT in 2021 and after AND RECEIVED the Accreditation Fee verified email from HRD Corp can proceed with Accreditation by ASSESSMENT process (refer: TDMS User Guidelines Item 2.2.2 and Implementation Guide Item 7.0 onwards)
- The video requirement specification is stated in Appendix A of the Implementation Guide. PLEASE READ before recording your video to ensure compliance. Please note that in the LATEST version of the guideline it states that from March 22, only actual FACE-TO-FACE TRAINING SESSION video recording is accepted. Submission of accreditation by assessment will be through TDMS and attached supporting documents such as link to video URL, course outline, lesson plan, presentation slide and attendance form.
- The Accreditation by Assessment process may take 3 months or more to complete due to the volume and the 3 panel assessor time availability. Please do not apply last minute and expect fast or urgent approval.
- Currently trainers can apply for Accreditation beyond the grace period (6 months for trainers certified in 2021 and after and 3 years for trainers certified before 2021), however once the Accredited Trainer rule is enforced, then the trainers will no longer be allowed to conduct HRD Corp Claimable Courses anymore.
For any clarification, do get in touch with Team AIM and if we are not able to resolve the issue, then we will refer to En. Faiz together.
