Trainer Accreditation Guidelines

What should I do upon receiving my TTT certificate?

This question comes up a lot. Many of you wonder what steps to take next. To address this common query, we have prepared a guideline that you can follow.

Below is an infographic that simplifies the steps that you need to go through for the Accreditation by Assessment. It is followed by an article with a brief explanation on what you need to do.

First, set up your Trainer’s Profile in HRD Corp’s Trainer’s Development Management System (TDMS)

  • Upon receiving your TTT certificate, you can log on to  https://trainers.hrdcorp.gov.my/login to register your profile.
This is the screen layout
  • Click ‘Register as member’ and complete the form.
  • Check your email and click the ‘Verify Now’ button.
  • Fill in your details and upload your TTT certificate softcopy, MyKad softcopy and other required items. Ensure accuracy in all information given.
  • Approval notification will be sent to your registered TDMS email. The process typically takes around 2 working days after complete and accurate submission.

Note: You can download the Implementation Guideline and TDMS User Guideline via this link https://hrdcorp.gov.my/hrd-tdf/ (scroll down until RESOURCES)

Next is the HRD Corp Trainer Accreditation Fee

  • Trainers who  completed the TTT in 2021 and after, please send an email to tdu@hrdcorp.gov.my using the same email you registered with  and mention ‘TTT HRD Corp Accreditation Fee’ in the email subject. HRD Corp will provide further instructions. Below is an example of an email to be sent.

Note for HRD Corp Trainer Accreditation by Activity Process

  • For trainers who completed the TTT before 2021, you will need to make a payment of RM60 after uploading the supporting documents for Accreditation by ACTIVITY (refer TDMS User Guideline – Item 3.2 and onwards). HRD Corp accepts backdated training up until 2018 with complete documentation as required. However, please note that you must submit 120 hours of training from a 12-month calendar period only (e.g., Training conducted between 1st June 2018 to 31st May 2019, amounting to 120 hours). For trainers who  completed the TTT BEFORE 2021, a payment of RM60 is required upon completion of uploading the supporting documents for Accreditation by ACTIVITY (refer TDMS User Guideline – Item 3.2 and onwards).
