National Training Week has concluded, leaving behind a trail of enriched minds and renewed enthusiasm. This annual event, dedicated to professional development and skills enhancement, has once again proven its significance in the ever-evolving landscape of workforce competencies.

As one of the training providers for the National Training Week, this was our first experience offering sessions physically. Last year we offered several programmes online, this year, we decided to give participants a better learning experience by physically attending the sessions. Additionally, we provide training materials for participants to take home after each session.
We hosted the sessions at our training spaces, LOKASiDEA Learn 1 in Putrajaya and LOKASiDEA Meet 1 in Kota Kinabalu. It was a fantastic week, delivering valuable sessions to those eager for knowledge, and we were delighted to connect with participants from diverse backgrounds.

Over the weekend, we participated in the closing carnival at National Stadium Bukit Jalil. Our booth featured numerous interactive learning activities for visitors, and we showcased our Trainer Dojo Prototype over the two days. Additionally, we were given a one-hour training slot where our lead trainer once again conducted the session, IKIGAI for Organisations.

As we look back on National Training Week, it’s clear that the commitment to continuous learning and development remains strong. This event has not only equipped professionals with valuable tools and insights but has also inspired a renewed dedication to excellence in their respective careers.
