This two (2) days workshop focuses on:
+ Creating proper awareness and understanding of Knowledge Management (KM)
+ Introducing to the Trainers to the concept and tools of KM that are useful and applicable to their day-to-day work
+ The ability to develop a high-level implementable KM strategy for the profession as well as developing a new training module for their respective industry.
The design of this programme will be participative and blended with the relevant tools to make learning natural and productive
