The following is a brief profile of Ahmad Rusdi Shamshuddin, one of our Lead Trainer who have been approved by HRD Corp to run the Train-The-Trainer (HRD Corp TTT) certification course.

Ahmad Rusdi is a speaker and also a speaker ‘coach’ for the TEDx program, a TTT HRD Corp program coach and also a ‘Master Practitioner of NLP. Started a career as a coach or trainer in the National Service Training Department. During his 9 years of service in PLKN, he has trained more than 8,000 trainees and nearly 1,000 trainers, Master Trainers and facilitators.
He was one of the speakers for the TEDx Bintawa program in 2018 and was also appointed speaker coach for TEDx Kenyalang. In January 2020, he was selected as one of the Lead Trainers to operate ‘Train The Trainer’ HRD Corp under Access Ideas (M) Sdn Bhd.
