Overview

This workshop helps individuals to develop resilience and emotional intelligence, a necessary skills to manage stress, enhance productivity, create a supportive work environment and help organizations unlock their potential by developing these capacities.

Learning Outcome

At the end of this programme, participants will be able to:

✓ Understand the causes of stress, physiological stress response and how it affects our well-being
✓ Identify personal stressors, become more aware of their usual reaction and how to consciously choose their desired response instead
✓ Understand what mindfulness is, its benefits in managing stress and apply the practices for personal and professional growth and productivity
✓ Understand the relationship between stress and work performance, and how mindfulness can help increase emotional and mental resilience for work productivity
✓ Understand how mindfulness can help cultivate compassion, and why it is crucial in building connection, collaboration and engagement at work

1 Day Training, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Methodology
