Lead Trainer Masterclass
This course aims to enhance the ability of trainers beyond just delivering a training session. It sets to equip the trainer with the right mindset, toolset and skillset to assess the appropriate training needs, design a strategic training intervention, and measure the effectiveness of the programme.
