Benefits of Being AIM TTT Alumni

As of April 2021, there are 19 Training Provider companies in Malaysia that has been approved by HRD Corp to conduct the HRD Corp Train-The-Trainer Certification Course. Each of this HRD Corp TTT vendors have their own unique strengths and capabilities to deliver the standardised modules. For us at Access Ideas (M) Sdn. Bhd., we focus on post-training support to enable our graduates get off to a strong start beyond the 5-days Train-The-Trainer course. Here are some of our existing and in-the-works initiatives that is made available for our AIM HRD Corp TTT Alumni.

  • Coaching & Mentoring

    <p style="text-align: left;" data-mce-style="text-align: left;">Our AIM HRD Corp TTT Alumni will have access to personal coaching and mentoring session after receiving their TTT certificate. They set their own goal and work within a pace that they are comfortable with to develop a new comprehensive niche training programme and get started on the right path.</p>

  • Training Programme Review

    <p style="text-align: left;" data-mce-style="text-align: left;">For those who already have their own training programme, team AIM will assist in a total programme review – from slides, notes, handouts, learning activities and props. What the trainer does after the review is totally up to them, although we highly encourage the trainer to next get their programme registered under the HRD Corp SBL-Khas scheme.</p>

  • Pilot Programme Initiative

    <p style="text-align: left;" data-mce-style="text-align: left;">What better way to learn and get feedback than from a real audience? Trainers from our AIM HRD Corp TTT Alumni have the option to run a pilot programme post-TTT to an actual live audience as team AIM will help them arrange for a training session at any of our associate venue providers. In some cases, trainers not only get to test their content, get hands on experience marketing and organising the session, they also may take home some extra cash in their pocket from the training fees if they manage to get a reasonable size audience.</p>

  • Access to Support Team

    <p style="text-align: left;" data-mce-style="text-align: left;">Access Ideas Malaysia has conducted the HRD Corp Train-The-Trainer certification course across the country with Alumni coming from almost every state in Malaysia. As part of the “ground rules” imparted during TTT, one common trait that our Alumni has is the “Givers Gain” mindset. Team AIM will help Alumni get connected so that they will not have to work and struggle alone. As the saying goes, “To go far, go together.”</p>

  • Alumni Engagement Events

    <p style="text-align: left;" data-mce-style="text-align: left;">No doubt that AIM HRD Corp TTT Alumni will build a strong bond with their batch mates after 5 days on intensive knowledge sharing and skill sharpening. However, Access Ideas Malaysia takes this one step further by organising Alumni Engagement Events to enable cross-batch networking and relationships building. Not only that, team AIM engages speakers from HRDF, MyIPO, MACC and other organisation that can share and contribute to trainers growth in worth through a fun learning environment.</p>
